I was at Target a few days ago and look what I found. E.L.F. Cosmetics, woohoo! I literally gasped with excitement when I saw the display. People around me looked at me like I was nuts, haha! Sorry for the crappy cell. phone pic. I couldn’t get a pic of the whole display ’cause there were people hovering at the bottom, looking at the bigger gift sets. As you can see, lots of items had already been purchased.
I’m a big fan of their Brightening Eye Color quads and highly recommend them. They rival high-end shadows with amazing color pay-off and staying power, AND they only cost a dollar! I got a trio of Liquid Eyeshadows to try out. I’ll let you know if they’re any good.
